The more code which is written to try and make things happen automatically simply complicates and cause bugs. This gives you full control when composing. Yes I agree its not fully automatic, but that is no bad thing. Simply select one and it appears at the bottom of the composed email. Edit Signatures, plus the list of signatures available which you have set up. Then when finished position the cursor where you want your desired signature. Unfortunately it is not possible to change the font size of the folders which are in the Navigation bar. Hence check if the account for which you have set automatic signature to display is 'set as your default' email account or is it a sub account. You must do that manually using the Signatures menu in the ribbon.
